ONLY for Seniors (those 60 and over), disabled, and those with a doctor's letter stating they need a/c for medical reasons
matched payment of $200 and must show proof of income

5              $3,678-$7,356
6              $4,218-$8,436
7              $4,758-$9,516
8              $5,298-$10,596
