Currently this is the safest method of operation using the guidelines provided by the state and health department.

We are currently helping with Water bills, Power and Medicine, due to a verified emergency need.

Potential clients can begin with filling out the application – see attachment - , scan or take a picture of their bills, ids and receipts and share via email. Responses will be sent via email or by phone. Responses could take up to 36 business hours for items to be reviewed. Checks or vouchers will continue to be sent directly to the vendor.

We reserve the right to discontinue this at any time without notice. We will review the process as necessary or following the current April 30, 2020 mandate, or as to when businesses/NECF open back up again.
