Dove and NECF Christmas Basket Application

Dove, Inc. will take applications for Christmas Baskets from the general public, based upon need for assistance, on the following days and times:

November 14 and 19, 8:30 a.m. to noon, 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

302 S. Union, follow East Entrance signs and parking lot

In order to verify need, please bring one of the following:

proof of income
current WIC book
current medical card

PLUS bring:

valid photo ID for every adult living in the home
birth certificate or valid medical card for every child living in the home

Please remember, We are not a "shopping" service. You may only apply for gifts for those children who are in your custody and/or living in your home at least 50% of the year. We are not providing gifts to adults this year, except for seniors 65 and older. Over the phone requests for assistance will not be accepted.

You will also learn about the pick-up system in December.
